Welcome to our cosy apartment in San Miguel de Salinas! This comfortably furnished accommodation is perfect for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday. With space for up to 4 people, the apartment features 2 bedrooms and offers all the amenities you need.
The bedrooms and beds are equipped with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, so everyone can sleep comfortably. The total living area is 66 m² and you enjoy beautiful views of the garden and swimming pool.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The American kitchen with ceramic hob features a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and complete crockery and cutlery. Cooking becomes a pleasure here!
Bathrooms there are two, both equipped with showers and hot water. Everything is clean and well maintained.
Heating and climate are optimally controlled with a heat pump and air conditioning, so you stay comfortable all year round. Free wifi ensures you stay connected at all times.
The outdoor space is lovely for relaxing. You have access to a beautiful garden of 115 m² with garden furniture and a spacious terrace of 40 m². Moreover, you can enjoy the shared children's swimming pool in the complex.
Location is ideal for a quiet holiday. The apartment is located in a residential complex in a secluded setting. The village of San Miguel de Salinas with shops, restaurants and cafés is only 200 metres away. The supermarket "Mas y Mas" and cosy restaurants such as O'Neill's and Bar Inglés are also nearby.
Excursions are easily accessible. The beautiful sandy beach of La Zenia is 8 km away, perfect for a day at the sea. Golf enthusiasts will find Las Colinas at 2 km. For some extra fun, the Aquopolis water park is located 8 km away. The nearest hospital (Hospital Torrevieja) is 4 km away.
