Cancellation by the Guest

In the event of cancellation by the guest, the following penalty conditions will apply:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date: 0% penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

No refunds will be issued if the guest voluntarily ends their stay before the scheduled departure date.

Modifications by the Company

If, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control, the reserved accommodation becomes unavailable, the company will offer the guest an alternative property of equal or higher category, with no financial compensation required from either party.

 

TEMPORARY HOUSING RENTAL CONTRACT (STAYS OF MORE THAN 11 NIGHTS)

 

BETWEEN:

On the one hand, the owner of the property (or his authorised representative).

On the other hand, the tenant, the person making the reservation.

 

AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

The owner rents the property described in the previous section to the tenant in accordance with the provisions of the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (hereinafter referred to as LAU) and the provisions of this contract.

 

In the absence of any express rule or agreement, it shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.

 

1. CONTRACT DURATION

The duration of this contract corresponds to the period of stay indicated in the confirmed reservation, with clearly stated check-in and check-out dates..

 

2. RENT

The rental price shall be the price established at the time of booking, payable in the instalments and in the manner agreed during the booking process.

 

3. RENT REVIEW

In the case of renewals or long-term stays, the rent may be revised annually in accordance with the percentage variation of the National General Index of the Consumer Price Index System (CPI).

 

4. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

- The present contract is considered to be formalised on the date of confirmation of the booking.

- The tenant undertakes to use the property in an appropriate manner, respecting the rules of coexistence, the furnishings and the neighbourhood.

- Any damage caused by improper use will be the responsibility of the tenant.

 

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

To finalise the booking, the tenant must read and accept the conditions of this contract.

Confirmation of the booking implies express acceptance of these conditions.

A space will be included in the booking process for the hirer to confirm that he/she has read and accepted this contract in its entirety.
