In the event of cancellation by the guest, the following penalty conditions will apply:
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date: 0% penalty.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
No refunds will be issued if the guest voluntarily ends their stay before the scheduled departure date.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control, the reserved accommodation becomes unavailable, the company will offer the guest an alternative property of equal or higher category, with no financial compensation required from either party.
